A downloadable game

I made this game earlier this year, but having just discovered the itch.io community, I'm now also making it available for download here.

Make10 is a puzzle game built in AMOS for the Amiga. You're given four numbers between 1 and 9 and the goal is straightforward: use addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to combine them into a final result of ten.

Rather than typing equations, you play by selecting tiles. Pick a number, choose an operation, then select a second number to merge them into a new value. Repeat the process until only one tile remains. If it shows ten, you've cracked it.

Behind the simplicity there's a bit of thought in how it behaves. Each puzzle is guaranteed to be solvable, avoiding dead-end combinations, and you can undo moves by splitting tiles back into the numbers that created them.

It's quick to pick up, easy to play in short bursts, and just tricky enough to make you second-guess yourself - the kind of puzzle where the answer always feels obvious once you've seen it.

For the best experience, play on a real Amiga.  Compatible with all Amigas. Minimum of 1MB of RAM required.
